It is better then nothing if that is all you can do to start with. Start by doing that then work your way up- add 5 minutes on your walk every week until you are at about 45 mins. and also speed up the pace over time, make sure you are walking up a couple of hills also

Just walk until you feel tired. Then record your time and make sure you go five minutes more the next day. You don't need to set a specific distance like "mile" or "half a mile" because you don't know what your limits are and what you can handle.

You have made a good start. Each day try to add 5 minutes to the walk. The distance isn't as important as the time. If you are walking to lose weight, keep it up but also watch the calories. You have to burn them in order to maintain or lose weight. Good luck.

my mom owns a gym...trust me 15min is not enough. u need at least 30min to even burn calories. i would say try going for atleast 2 or 3 miles but make sure you don't over work your body. if all you can do is 1 min 15min. then do that and eventually you will be able todo more.

Fifteen minutes is a great start. Just keep trying to build yourself up to where more is comfortable. Walking is great exercise.
