Masturbation isn't wrong and it can actually be worse if you stop. This lets out certain...passions that may otherwise be turned to do bad things, such as rape.
What do you think that priests do? This is a natural human thing (it's also present in the animal world), and God understands.

Are you married or not? Regardless, no one should put you down, ask God for forgiveness and ask Him to help you, because it leads to lust, which is a sin. Everyone of us is going through something, it might not be what you are dealing with, but we have our own challenges. Many single Christians as myself face that kind of temptation. The thought runs through my mind many times and I have to hold myself together by saying out scripture verses loud over and over and over again, as the thought arise, I pull a scripture verse. For example, "I am the head not the tail" "God has given me authority over all the power of the enemy....." "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" and many others. I will remember you in prayer. Love, be bless.

If this is a serious question, please don't beat yourself up over this. I know this is a very controversial topic among Christians, but the Bible doesn't discuss it. I know so many young people have tremendous guilt over this and it can destroy their lives. You are, after all, a human and it is simple biology. Pray about it, God doesn't want you to be oppressed by guilt. ( I'm ready for all the thumbs down.)

I'll pray for you. I don't really know what your talking about seeing as I'm only 13, so I don't know whether whatever your doing is a sin. I'll pray for you anyway.
God,
This person here has had a conviction and needs help, I pray that you would help them to follow you and if what they're doing is wrong that you would help them stop. Give them strength and courage. Amen

the LDS church has free counciling for people with sins and addictions they are trying to stop. The trained therapist will be gentle and not put you on a guilt trip. Believe me, most days they handle unwed pregnancies. We are a christian church and believe in total repentance, so if your really wanting to stop, go to lds.org for a church near you.

Can you do that without fantasizing? If so, that's a start, its mostly the fantasizing that is a sin. Replace that thought with a Godly thought every time the thought comes to your mind and pray for help from God.

It's not a sin.
(Some) churches claim it is, but the bible doesn't.
It's a healthy release.
9: But Onan knew that the offspring would not be his; so when he went in to his brother's wife he spilled the semen on the ground, lest he should give offspring to his brother.
10: And what he did was displeasing in the sight of the LORD, and he slew him also.

That's the verse, they use against masturbation.
But it wasn't about masturbation at all.
Onan was supposed to get his dead brothers widow pregnant, (so she could have rights to some inheritance &/or be taken care of by his family.
Onan had sex with her, but then pulled out.

Don't worry about it. It is nayural in the flesh. Stop letting things come between you and God. If we waited till we were perfect we would never get there. Let it go. It is a natural thing.
