If you mean does the LDS Church take the Old Testament literally. The answer is basically yes. There are certain things that an individual may find to be symbolic, but the Church takes the story or creation and the rest of Genesis to be fact. The Church does use the term "creative period" in certain circumstances rather than a 24 hour day.

The Church has additional revelation that there are other worlds without end that have been created. Earth was not the first planet and is not the center of the universe.

The teachings of the Church also highly value the Abrahamic Covenant, Temple Worship and the role of prophets as found in the OT.

there is the "joseph smith translations of the bible", but we don't use them all that often, we carry the king james version of the bible most days and use it together with the book of mormon, another testament of christ.
