Turduckin - are they any good?

Question

Thinking of splurging on one for our Easter menu - we only host a holiday like every 5 years, so thought this would be a good chance to give it a try.

They taste all right. But not as good as I wanted, especially for the large price. They are sooo expensive and, unfortunately, except for the novelty they're not very good. Some of the meats were overdone and some had a 'funny texture'.
