Is "The Word Of Wisdom" an actual book in Mormonism?

This phrase was used in a discription of Mormon beliefs and I wondered if it was yet another book the Mormons use to embelish the Bible?

its not a book, its a group of scriptures explaining everything that will keep our bodies healthy
