Jesus is our peace with God. If you sin then you confess it, repent of it, and ask God to help you not to sin again. There are no more offerings for sin since Jesus' finished work on the cross.
Hebrews 10:11 And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, 13 waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. 14 For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.
1 John 1:8 If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Pray.
Confess the action/s to God.
Ask for forgiveness.
Try not to do it again.
God doesn't want sacrifice - He wants a penitent heart. David said that when he had fallen from God and slept with Bathsheeba.
Most of all don't give up. That's when Satan wins.
A winner gets up one more time than he's fallen down.

God knows all and if you are sincere about what you have done and ask for forgiveness then that is it. Once you take it to God leave it there and do not do that wrong again.

Well, as a Catholic I would go to confession and then try to make peace with God by trying to never do it again.

I tell God I am sorry and ask him to forgive me. I try very hard not to do the same thing again.

Alvaro,
It is best to pray and adk forgivness as we are told to do in the BIBLE. HE expects us to do so. HE expects us to make mistakes but also expects us to repent of our sins and ask HIS Forgivness for them. Realize that repent means to "turn from" sins. Have a great day and a wonderful week!

You can't earn forgiveness..Best and only thing you can do is pray and ask god to forgive you and repent of that you regret.

You confess it out as sin, if it was a sin--GOD forgives you---you reap what you have sown (consiqencies if any), then try it again and try to get it right!

You ask him to forgive you. You talk to him through prayer.No matter what it is he will forgiveyou, unless you blasphemy the Holy Spirit.
