A really fast (professional racer) bike mile is around 100 seconds. This translates to 35 mph, or about 56 kmh.
A professional triathlon speed (over typical 26 mile courses) is an average of around 140 seconds per mile. This is the just more than 25 mph (41 kmh). And it occurs mainly on fairly flat courses with good road surfaces, in nearly windless conditions.
As an amateur triathlete (over sprint distances, like a 16 mile bike), a realistic total time for the distance is around an hour. This assumes you've got some hills, probably some wind, and you're saving some energy for the run.
Excellent (i.e. pro and semi-pro) performers will do a half-mile swim in 8-9 minutes, 15 miles on the bike in around 35 minutes, and a 3 mile run in something like 15-20 minutes. (Total time, just over an hour).
Average amateur triathletes will have total times between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours for the same 'sprint' distance combination.

If you do 2 miles in 5 minutes thats equal to doing 24 mph or faster. That is a good clip. The question is how long can you keep this up and what is the road like? If it is flat that is a strong bike ride. If it is down hill or with the wind then is is better than average. The real good bikers can go that fast and a bit more. I've seen very good cyclists in my area average around 26 mph consistently. However, if you were to keep the 24 mph up over an hour or two then you are a strong biker.

Most triathletes I see out training do about 22 mph on the road. That's a little under 3-minute miles. They'll go faster for a race. A 5-minute mile would be about 12 mph, not even close to being competitive.

That would be 24 miles per hour, which would be extremely good in a triathlon if you can maintain it.
That being said, it depends on the distance. Even in the shortest distance triathlon, (Sprint), you would be biking approximately 16 miles, so that pace would be really hard to maintain.

If you can do that, you are biking at just over 30 mph....that is extremely fast. But, depending on the distance of your triathalon's bike route, you may be wearing yourself out rather quickly. I average 12 mph, which isn't very fast, but I have ridden 175 miles in one day (August 06). My goal this year is 200 miles in one day...sun up to sun set.

Yes, that's a good time. And, a good training technique is to ride that same 2 miles, go for the fastest time you can set, then ride easy back to the start (or until you catch your breath and your legs feel ready again) and repeat.
