If you wrap yourself in saran wrap while you exercise, will you lose more weight than when exercising?? I just wanted to see if anyone has done that and it worked, I was just surfing random weight loss and it came up, so wether you have actually wrapped yourself in it and exercised or you just have an opinion (other than that is seems weird) please help me out by posting here.

it will only cause you to sweat more so the "weight" that may be lost will only be water, and that is only temporary. there are no "easy" ways to speed up fat loss. eating healthy is about as easy as it gets.

I knew someone who would go running wearing garbage bags against his skin to sweat more and loose weight. And it did work for him.

But I'm sure there are better ways.....
