Put vaseline on your hands each night and sleep with cotton gloves (or socks you don't care for). That is a beauty secret to always keeping your hands soft and supple.

You might consider increasing the amount of oil you consume, such as olive oil or hemp seed oil for example.
Consuming healthy oils can promote more supple skin and reduce the cracking that occurs on your fingers.
External lotions and/or creams can help temporarily and may sometimes be your most effective option. Consider Aquaphor or any of the others mentioned.
But seriously, if you don't get enough natural oils in your diet I would consider supplementing your intake with a couple tablespoons of a natural, healthy oil. Ask your pharmacist or family doctor for recommendations.

Super glue works but the best thing would be to find a lotion that helps this. Kerasal is a brand that works well. There is also this stuff called "Miracle Hand Repair." I got it at Bed, Bath and Beyond but I am sure they sell it other places too.

I apply white vinegar to my legs and hands every night before going to bed and it helps. You can apply any time you need it and it does help with the cracking....and I've had lots of expensive meds filled and tried...this works as well or better!
