All Saints (with a capital "s") are those members of the Christian Church which were officially canonized by the Church. (Canonization involves a formal process investigating the life and holiness of the person being considered for canonization.) Saints are people whose lives and walks with God are examples to us who are still on the journey towards heaven. There are many Saints from all walks and stations of life, and as such, there is someone for each person to be able to identify with.

All devoted and sincere members of the Christian faith are called saints (with a little "s"). All those who have made it to heaven are Saints (the capital S again). We do not know the names of all those who are in heaven (which is why we have "All Saints Day" in memory of all of the "Church Triumphant"). If anyone who is in heaven now was not a Christian on earth, they certainly are Christian now, as they now know the fullness of the Truth.

Are you speaking about the man-made saints the catholic church made? I don't think it counts myself, I don't think any person on earth, pope or not, can tell God who's a saint and who isn't. If you are talking about the man-made ones, they're all catholic, because the catholic church is the organizatin behind trying to tell God what to do. Pretty presumptious, huh?

Don't get me wrong, I think there are many saints, I just don't think any human or organization has a clue who they really are. I'm guessing the prophets are all saints, though they were before Christ, so not christian. I'm guessing theres a lot more too, but like I said, only those in heaven would know who they are, not any church.

All Christians are saints - but not everyone who calls themselves a Christian is a Christian.

Like rectangles and squares. All saints are Christian, but not all Christians are saints!

If a "saint" has been designated so by the Roman Catholic Church we can only assume them to be Christian. Whether they truly are is only between that "saint" and God.
