Hey Guys! I really need a good diet to help me lose 25 pounds! someone please help!

How about just making some lifestyle changes?
First of all, start eating 4-6 small healthy meals each day. Be sure to include veggies and fruits!
Stay away from junk foods, fast foods, sodas, candies and other sweets!
Water, water, and more water! Drink up! It really does help with the weight loss.
Of course, exercise!! Do whatever you like to do--swim, run, walk, ride a bike, dance around your house, play a sport, run up and down your steps, race around the block--ANYTHING! Just get moving!!

Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Keep a positive attitude--you CAN do this!!
