I hope you are not seriously thinking of taking your life. Ambien in overdose could kill you. If you are prescribed ambien I would look into the long term effects of ambien. Ambien is a sedative hypnotic and works like a benzo or benzodiazepine tranquilliser. Tranquillisers and sleeping pills can especially with long term use cause all sorts of physical and psychological symptoms including depression with suicidal ideation. They work similar to alcohol. There can be lots of other causes for feeling suicidal such as abusive partner, past trauma, job loss but there are solutions to these things. if your problems are mental health I recommend that you speak to your doctor or a mental health worker. Please don't kill yourself. If you look hard enough there are ways out other than suicide.

If your problems are due to addiction like alcohol and drugs I recommend that you see an addiction counsellor.

if your problems are to do with environmental factors such as a life stress or recent loss please seek to change your situation.

If you are suicidal please seek immediate help from a health worker. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

You will have a seisure, and that will lead to your death. I hope you're not planning on doing that.
