Yes I totally agree with you! I also like goat cheese on occasion, but I usually pick Gruyere. You have good taste.

I have to pick just one? I don't think I can do it.
Brie is great spread on a nice bit of crusty french bread.
Ricotta is good.
American is great on sandwiches.
Gruyere is fantastic in au gratin potatoes.
I can go on and on. I love cheese!
