my friends and i sneak into R rated movies all the time, and we've been caught and thrown out by security officers before too. last saterday we got thrown out of the theater by the manager and they got really mad b/c we kept argueing with them. they told us we couldnt come back in that night but since we still had the ticked stub we snuck back in anyway/ we ran into the same guys who kicked us out the first time and he said he let us go easy. he sed it was breaking the law and we could have gotten in huge trouble.

All they can do is kick you out the first time, but if you go back there a second time- even if you do pay for the movie the second time, they can charge you with trespassing because they had already told you to leave the first time. If you're that broke, go get a job- or better yet... just dont go to the movies. Its not like its a neccessity. Stop acting like a spoiled brat and grow up.

If you were my 15 year old, you'd be in BIG trouble! You'd never be allowed out with these friends again to have another chance to sneak into another movie, either.

If you consider getting kicked out of the movies, getting in trouble, then yes. As far as legal trouble, I seriously doubt it.

They can file an unlawful trespassing report with the police because you returned to the business after you were told to leave.

But, tell me, why do you get your rocks off by being a wiseass??

Yes, if you've been banned from a place of business and then you go back in you are trespassing.

I don't think you can get into all that much trouble. However, they could call the police, who will identify you, and then call your parents.
