My name is Kristin and I saw my Indian friend Sanjay at Miamis Haulover clothing optional beach. We both are 18, seniors in high school. We both live in Miami Beach but I usually go there by myself and tan in my bikini. I have never seen anyone from high school there. I was walking to find a spot on the beach to tan and I saw Sanjay there totally naked lying on his back. I couldnt help take a picture with my cell phone camera. He was lying there and he was like a 1/2 inch. It looked like a little mushroom. It looked so funny. He looked so cute, I had to take a picture.I feel like showing it to my girls Dawn, Paige and Elizabeth. Should I if they promise to never tell anyone?

What do you mean "you had too". Aren't you able to exert any self-control? I guess you just "never thought"...like you never thought not to put your names in this question....like you never thought that spreading stories (whether true or not) is gossip and could hurt someone very badly...like you never thought...

ok so you want to make fun of sanjay and you want us to tell you its ok? no its not okay and you know that. thats just nasty of you.
showing that photo to your friends and making them promise not to tell anyone - i guess telling them not to tell anyone is supposed to give you a clear conscience? or make you some sort of innocent? of course they are going to tell, and then the people they tell will tell and the story will become worse and ruder and it will have all started with you.
imagine what you would feel like if someone pulled a nasty little prank like this on you - you sound like a mean-spirited child - grow up and leave the guy alone.
and in case you've never heard - karma - it will come back and bite you right in the a$$. and usually worse than what you've dished out to start with!

You took a picture of your friend with your cell phone and then shared it with others. You asked them to promise never to tell anyone? Well, don't count on it. They will probably blab it all over town and embarrass your friend.
How would you like it something like that was done to you- without your consent?
Erase the photo and start behaving like a young adult. Show some understanding, compassion and responsibility.

You do know taking pictures of naked people without their knowledge and showing it to others is against the law, right? You could get sued.

No, it is an invasion of his privacy. You should delete the picture. You called him your friend in your original question. I'd hate to see how you treat your enemies.
