Rhetoric maybe..However I do not consider myself politically left or right. I am a veteran of OIF 1, and have a B.S. in political science so I consider myself educated in politics. As a person who has no political leanings, and as a person who has been to Iraq, I find it very easy to agree with his view. I am just wondering why so many people do not have his view. You say this is nothing more than rhetoric and people know that. I would have to ask that if people are so educated in recognizing "rhetoric" then why do they believe the mainstream media? It would seem to me that most of the "rhetoric" comes from there.
