Personally I wouldn't touch them. They have so much sugar and caffeine in them that they give you a small fast hit of energy but then cause your energy levels to crash, and you'll feel worse off energy wise after! These kind of simple sugars also lead to weight gain. You're better sticking to good old fashioned water or if you need something more substantial, opt for complex carbs - their energy is long lasting.

What's bad about Red Bull and most other energy drinks is that they contain very high amounts of sugar.
I drink an energy that works really well, does not contain all the sugar and caffeine, and is less expensive than most other energy drinks.
You can find them at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy

They're pretty bad, like soda is, but the problem is that they don't really give you energy. They give you a short jolt that's not really long enough to help with work or shcool or whatever, and then they heavily contribute to further fatigue. You're much better off with protiens for long lasting energy.
