I know it's not the battery because it has power..I'm guessing it's either the alternator or starter..it clicks when I try to start it. Any ideas of what it could be??

Sounds like you have a loose or coroded battery connection.

Oh and mysticangel23princess a throw away car? Huh, seems to be doing good for a '95 at this point. You don't really know anything about cars do you.

Sounds like a battery... being able to operate the electrics of the car isnt enough; you need to be able to churn out the 40-50 amps needed to get that starter rolling.

Your battery terminals may be loose or corroded and making a poor connection; I suggest replacing those. They are cheap and easy to change.

Most likely, however, your battery is dead or dying and needs replacing.

If you have a manual transmission remember you can pushstart the car; however, this is impossible with an automatic.

Sounds like your battery. Try jumping it and see if it will start. If it does go to Autozone and ask them to check the battery for you.

TO be honest you really should sale your car. I say that because Neon's are not good cars. We have had to replace our neon's transmission 4 times in 4 years. I have checked in to it neon's at throw away cars. They have lots of issues.
