You answered the question in itself, because Heaven wasn't created for the "good" people but for the forgiven. His Heaven, His rules, sorry.

If you are good, you will be forgiven. It is all in the definition. Good means to follow Jesus, be obedient to His teachings and commandments.
Heaven can also have multiple meanings. I would be glad to discuss this further but I don't have time right now.

JUMP UP!!! both feet off the ground and your in heaven.
Technically heaven is the sky and beyond.
Even scripture supports this. When a Christian prays he prays for (Mt. 6:10) Thy Kingcom to come, on Earth, as it is in heaven. Scripture says The Kingdom of (God, is what you call Him) The Father. It waits in heaven, to one day be set on Earth.

That is not right.
Only the people who get their spirits RECREATED will make Heaven their home.
Being good or bad dosen't really have anything much to do with it.
Adam messed up his spirit and passed it down to all of us.
Gotta get that thing Born-Again (saved) to go to Heaven.
Hope this helps.

On whose standard do we measure good? Even some people who do bad, many times, sincerely think they are doing good. Doing bad, thinking is good is not good enough. That's why there's only one way to heaven, and that is through Jesus Christ, our Savior.

As the Bible states that all our good works is as filthy rags. So no amount of goodness would get you there; you must be forgiven, by the blood of Jesus.

There is none good enough to get to Heaven without Jesus because, the best we can do for others, can not add up to what He has done for us

Because you must ask God to forgive you of your sins and accept him as your Lord and Savior to be able to gain entrance to Heaven. Just because a person is a "good" person doesn't mean they've been saved.

Because even "Good" people sin. Jesus died for our sins so we could all go to heaven good or bad but some good people still choose to reject that forgiveness.

It is probably because the last work they did before the Lord take them was bad.
