a slice of pizza is approx. 250 calories. They measure calories by placing a sample of the food in "an oven" called a bomb. and use heat to dissolve the food, the amount of energy need is the calories.

i think a slice of pizza has around 150 calories
and as for measuring calories
im not sure how they do it... sorry
