Depending on the model you have, it either has a Motorola Dragonball or ARM CPU, and Windows Vista is not available compiled for them.

No, in fact anything above Windows 95 is way too demanding to have reimplemented on a puny PDA, that means the best machines either in Palm or Windows Mobile.
