Yell really loudly, "FOR THE LAST TIME, I WILL NOT TELL ANYONE ABOUT YOUR SMALL PENIS" or "FOR THE LAST TIME, PLEASE STOP OFFERING ME MONEY TO HAVE SEX WITH YOU!"

It is hard to be specific about your case without more detail. Sexual harassment in the US is a specific behavior of a superior exerting sexual pressure on a subordinate. To prove sexual harassment you must be able to prove that you suffered financially from the harassment. (for instance, you didn't get a promotion because you wouldn't put out for your boss)
If this harasser is not your superior then this may fall into the 'unprofessional behavior' category. No financial consequences; but can be very annoying or make you feel uncomfortable.
The best response is to tell the person point blank you don't want to hear anymore about (whatever it is the annoying person is talking about). Be firm. Be direct. Usually this takes care of the problem. Sometimes people don't realize how inappropriate they are being when they say things.
But, if this person still continues with the inappropriate behavior; tell the person you are going to escalate - and then do it.
good luck!

Ok, so are being harrasssed by another student or is it a teacher?
Either way, it's against the law and the person should be reported to the proper authorities, which should've been done the first time it happened.
You have basically told the person that you accep tthis kind of behavior by not reporting it the first time it happend.
If it is a student and they continue to harrass you, you are fully within your rights to say very loudly: "You need to stop harrassing me. If you don't stop with with your lewd comments, I will report you immediately."
This should put an end to it as he will be very embarrassed by your comment.
If this is a teacher harrassing you, then you need to do the same thing, but tell him that you are going to report him immediately. Then you go directly to the pricipals office, making sure that he sees you doing it, and report him.
If the principal doesn't do anything about it before the school day is done, then you tell your parents and have them report him to the police. A man like that should not be teaching our children.
Sexual harrassment cannot and will not be tolerated in our schools. A teen, no matter who it is, whether male or female, should not have to go thru this ever!
Put a stop to it now before it gets out of hand and he hurts someone. Rape is a very real thing and it sounds like it is headed that way.
Be strong and stand up for your rights!
Don't be a victim or a survivor, be the one they have to answer to!

Report the incidents to your teacher (home room) or to the principal. This kind of action is not proper in school. The authorities should be notified. The person harassing you will be called in and told to stop.
Be sure to document EVERYTHING. I mean what this person said to you, when (date and time) and if anyone else witnessed it. You will need to bring this evidence with you when you go to the Principal's office.
You should also tell your parents or guardians. They should be aware of what' going on at school as well.

If it's happening at work, report it to your immediate boss or human resources. Warn the person strongly that you are not going to tolerate it and that you will take action. If it persists, keep a log of every occasion when you were harassed (date, time). If it's on a social level, firmly tell this person to stop. Maybe you could get a big guy to stand by you to make the point.

You must talk to your principal, guidance counselor and parents. Even if you don't feel particularly threatened by this behavior, you should report him so that he can be stopped. If he is harrassing girls in high school, his behavior could escalate by the time he's an adult.
Just hang in there, be strong, and don't let social pressure stop you from doing what you know is right. You won't regret it.

Go to Management (If this is work-related) and tell them. Sexual Harrassment is serious and people like that need to be shown that Society on the whole does NOT tolerate that kind of inappropriate behaviour.
If you get no-where with that there are more public (as in government organisations, etc) ways of dealing with it, because if your company is unwilling to curb this persons behaviour then technically they are as bad as the person harrassing you.

if on the job: keep a record in a notebook: and mention the next time it happens> I keep a record of all times you've harassed me. Turn it in to your supervisor when your ready.
in everyday life, not at work: say the same thing, if it gets on your nerves then file a restraining order.
my fav is to delete them from my life!

Get a restraining order. If it's at work, talk to the man's boss, or if you cant do that, (like if he owns the company) file a complaint with the better business bureau, or get a lawyer.
