excuse my poor choice of words, im not exactly sure how to ask that question in a proffesional manner!

Yes.

In Bulimia, not only is there some digested food to excrete (usually; this may not be the case in anorexia) but the gut itself produces waste (excretions, dead cells etc) which contribute to the bulk of the stool.

Well they certainly don't go as often as they would if they did not throw up the food they eat. However, being that everything doesn't come up, they still do go.

Since bulimics vomit most of their food, there is very little, if any, waste to be defecated.
