well i'm not ganna lie i weight a HEAVY 190 and need to lose as much weight as possible befor like april 26 so almost a month i need to look better (obvioulsy) for a REALLY hot girl
that i will be going out with.... i really need your help ppl!!!

Start by cutting out junk foods, fast foods, sodas, candies and other sweets. Eat 4-6 small meals each day and don't forget about fruits and veggies!!
Drink water! Lots of water!
Of course, exercise!! Do what you like to do--go for a walk, play a sport, ride a bike, run, race around the block, dance around your house--ANYTHING! Just get moving!!

Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Be sure to keep a positive attitude along the way!
You can do this!!☺
