Yes and no. The air we breath is made up of a combination of gases. It is mostly nitrogen (a little over 70%) followed by oxygen (a little over 20%). The remaining fraction is composed of a myriad of other gases and water vapor.

Air contains several other gases apart from oxygen. 78% of air is nitrogen, 21% is oxygen, the rest carbondioxide, helium, hydrogen and a couple of other gases all form less than 1% at sea level.
