Try walking fast or running. A Thighmaster and squats with weights will help shape and firm things up. Best of luck to you.

Bike machine. I went to work out everyday, trying to lose weight. I did the bike machine and lost my butt. Not what I was hoping to do, but try it. It worked on that area.
