Can 1960s TV supersub be built with acrylic O Nose fwd.
Sub specs:
800 ft long, X400 ft wide.
Depth: 1,200 ft.
Crew: 200
Carrys diving bell, ROVs, EV suits.
Ice armor upper hull.
New hydrodynamic hull shape.
If anyone cares to play with design on AutoCAD, fine.
Good class project.
Sub is Nuclear
& NO weapons.

800ft long x 400 ft wide I think you mean 40ft wide
Also per TV show and Movie the Sea View was armed with both torpedoes and nuclear missiles...
But if your modifying the specs then you should also spec a less annoying SONAR in the control room....

Anyway the flying sub was way cooler. I'd rather build one of those.

Maybe you could get a model from the original set. You could do a laser scan of it an start from that 3d model.

What the hell was the point of those huge windows at the front? Underwater visibility is 100m at most.

Why ? All it ever did was rock back and forth and shoot sparks all over the place.
