ok, so i was at my friends house and her mom is divorced and i was staying with my friend while her parents were away and then my friend had to go to dance so her mother took me and her mom said stay with Jason(my friends 17 year old brother) when they left i just started watching tv and then all of a sudden her brother came in wearing a bathrobe and said he just got out of the shower, then he shut the dorr and took of his robe and said ''Get naked I wanna see u naked'' he had a knife so i was scared, I took of my clothes and then he put the knife down and said have u had sex before and i said no and he said well then this will be your first time all of a sudden he started licking my thingy and then he started to ahve sex with me. Please dont mistake this for an inappropriate question becasue i need help, did he rape me? I have never told anyone about this and now he stalks me sometimes what should i do? worse than that i was only 12

Yes, he raped you. You were in a vulnerable position and at twelve years of age, not legally able to give consent for sexual relations. What he did was a felony and if prosecuted, he will be registered as a sex offender. You should report him to your parents, his parents and to the police. Make sure you have some adult support. Show your parents this question and answer session so that they will know that you are serious about this and not making it up. By asking us what we think, you have already gone public with your concerns. If this is false, you could be in trouble as well. I don't believe you would make this up so please follow through. You cannot let this happen again. What he did was disrespectful, sexual assault on a minor, criminal and humanly dispicable. You should take this very seriously and don't let it be swept under the rug.

If he had full penetrative sex with you against your will then it was rape. Even if he didn't fully penetrate you the fact that he used a knife to threaten you with which is why you took your clothes off means that whatever he did do was without your consent which would be a serious sexual assault. You mention that you were only 12 at the time. Try to bear in mind that if this were a long time ago then it may be difficult to prove but even then if that were the case you should still inform the police of his stalking activities. well how old are u know. If this happen more then 5 years ago theres northing that can happen now. These things have to be reported with in 5 years of it happinig. Yes it is rape and you should have told some one from the being.

Yeah, that counts as rape, although if it was a long time ago, it may be hard to prove in court. The first thing you should do is tell your parents and/or call a rape crisis center. They have trained professionals who will tell you what the next step is you should take.

yes it was and u need to call the police and tell your mom right away.just think about how many people he has done this to or will do this to against there will.he had a knife.that's assault and rape.call the cops now.you could save alot a girls from going through what you did.other girls could come forward also after you speak up don't forget to tell your mom.

Honey, I am so sorry that happened to you. That is definitely rape, because you said no. He threatened you with a knife for gosh sake! Please tell your parents. they will not be mad at you. you need to get help.
