yes, the voltage is the same, but the plugs are different....

Depends if they use the same type of socket, if its a mains phone then no, because Europe uses 2 pin the uk use a 3 pin, although can get a converter from 3 pin to 2.

It will so long as it's at least dual band and your service provider have been informed. You wouldn't want to do this on the long term though as it is expensive.
