Ok im 13 years old(nearly 14) and about 150cm in height(im not too sure, i know its not more than this although it might ne a few cm out). I am afraid that im going yo stay ths height until i'm a fully grown adult. The reason behind this is that i'm like the shortest person in my class and out of the people i know.
My auntie told me that when i start my period i would grow taller but it's already been more than a year that i've started and my height has'nt grown much.
I would like to know how i can become taller and also any tips on the HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE. at what age can this be used?

My girlfriend is short. She is only 5 feet tall. That's about 127 cm. I find it extremely attractive. So my advice is to stop worrying about it, be happy as you are and do not take any drugs ever if you do not need to. All drugs have side effects. They are only for those who are ill.
Besides, growth homones are serious drugs, not to be taken for merely cosmetic reasons.
Be different! Be proud of who you are!
By the way, my mom was quite short for most of her teen years but spurted up when she was eighteen, so take heart. You may yet grow taller.

Don't mess with hormones - they're not a good idea. Unless you fancy facing the far more embarassing consequences.

That is not small really. I know far smaller people and people of that height now (age 18). You'll grow anyway.

Get over it. Just live life. Who cares how tall you are? Your friends may tease you but they don't mean anything by it. If they care about you, I'm sure they don't care. No-one does and you shouldn't. Only morons will bring it up as a problem.

Jeez, you're only a kid. Fcuk how tall you are. Go outside and play while you have no responsibilities.

Even if you don't grow, don't worry about it. Any nice human won't either. Kylie Minogue is tiny, and she's still attractive; so is Geri Halliwell. And they're are a lot smaller than you (4,11 and 5ft, I think). There are loads of celebrities and models that are small. Ignore it.

Hi and don't worry. Your cells are going to split and divide for another seven years at least, so you have plenty of time to grow. By the time you get there you will see so many guys dating so many girls that are the same size as you it won't be an issue anymore (kinda like the period thing). Just eat a balanced diet, exercise, and use good posture sitting and standing as much as you can. The better you carry yourself with more assurance of your self worth the more attractive you will be. As far as the HGH it changes other body organs beside the pituitary gland. Leave it alone and let your body be natural.

I heard that girls usually stop growing at the age of 18... so chances are you still have some time to grow ~ Unfortuatly I doubt you can change your height ~ Its a gene thing if you were meant to be 5 ft you will sty at 5 ft or 7 ft and so on ...
Just live for yourself and Love the way you are ... if height is an issue with you try to focus on the positive things about you ...
Who cares how tall you are just be happy you are healthy

Do not wish your life away.
You have many years ahead of you to grow in a variety of ways..spiritually, professionally, emotionally....stick to doing whatever it is 13 year olds (and not 14 year olds)do. And what idiot told you about Human Growth Hormone??? Here's a term to keep you occupied until you're 14....look this one up...Munchausen's Syndrome. Get real while you still can.

You still have a few growing years left.

Why worry about how tall you are? One of the smartest, most self-assured women I know is a lady who stands maybe to my shoulder.

HGH has some nasty side effects and I would only recommend it if you have exhausted other options. My growth spurt did not happen until I was 16. I am only 5'2" now, but I am not missing anything and I am healthy.

You need to be found deficient in GH to obtain it by prescription from a Dr. If you are, you need it no matter what your age because of the health problems it causes.

you might have hair extensions professionally extra to make your hair look longer. that is costly and takes time however the outcomes can look very organic whilst that is carried out via a knowledgeable professional.
