Hey there wow that sucks so they just wont come out does the stereo turn on if not try to jump wire it to a source that turnes on with the keys if that does not work you might have to take it to a dealer or a stereo shop.

unfortunately, you will either need to A) do it on your own or B) take it to a dealer and wait 6-8 weeks to get your cd's back. Once those cd's get stuck in the factory changer, there is no dealership that will take it apart. Volvo must send it back and then send your cd's via postal mail once they are removed.

There is only one solution...walk into the service area of the dealer of purchase and tell them what has happened. You won't get them out by a nonlicensed mechanic online.
The dealer owes you satisfaction and guarnatees your car..bring it in!
