I would say Judaism or certain forms of Shinto and Buddhism. People seem more likely to kill others over popular religions, including Christianity and Islam, which may be part of the reason why they've spread over history.

Atheism - we have no big historical axe to grind and no book saying those with different beliefs should be shunned, killed or converted. We also have no books saying women should be subjugated. In fact, we have *no central book* at all.
Most of us agree with the scientific approach, meaning that those books we tend to affix importance to (scientific, philosophical, [Calvin and Hobbes], and others) come from around the globe, spanning culture after culture. Further, we unabashedly take the laws of our respective country, and don't pretend to raise other laws above those. Basically, we are a tolerant and peaceful lot, with a live and let live attitude.

Most likely the Quakers. The Buddhists in Japan supported the war and instigated war crimes. They are usually peaceful but haven't always been.

Gnostic Christians were so peaceful that it caused in their own demise. Gnostics believed that it was better to die for God, than to kill for God. And die they did, slaughtered by the heretic hunters, all with the blessing of the Church.
