I assume you are referring to U.S. WW1 vets.
Retired Army Cpl. Howard V. Ramsey, Oregon's last living World War I veteran and the last known U.S. COMBAT veteran of WWI, died in his sleep Feb. 22 at an assisted living center in southeast Portland, Oregon. He was honored in a memorial service attended by nearly 200 people at Lincoln Memorial Park exactly one month before reaching his 109th birthday.
There are still a FEW U.S. WW1 vets, but not COMBAT vets, alive today.
Charlotte L. Winters was the oldest WW1 FEMALE veteran to die. She passed away the last week of March. She was 109

There are actually several who are still alive. Believe it or not. We honored one last veteran's day during the WSU halftime. Many lied or didn't know their age when they volunteered back then so there are still living WW1 Vets.

According to wiki there are 4 in the US.

A couple of days ago a woman who was a ww1 vet died. That would have been the latest, or last.
