No. In order to qualify for head of household you must:

1. Be unmarried or considered unmarried.
2. Pay more than half the cost of keeping up your home for the tax year.
3. A "qualifying person" lived with you in the home for more than half the year. Exception is your dependent parent.

Your qualifying person must be a qualifying child that in most cases you claim as your dependent, or your dependent father or mother or other relative that meets certain tests.

If you are claimed as a dependent, you cannot file head of household because a dependent cannot meet test #2, and a dependent cannot claim another dependent to meet test #3.

No. When you get your taxes done - you will have to prove why you claimed Head of Household and you might end up paying taxes. In order to be head of household you have to pay and support everyone that lives in your house.
