It's both; it all depends on whether you're an optimist or a pessimist (like the glass is half full or it's half empty).
In my case, the grass IS greener in our neighbor's yard because they take better care of their lawn than we do of ours! It's amazing what a little TLC can do!

I heard of people (ex-cowokers) that picked the fence and jumped to new jobs and find out that the grass was greener and now they are happier with better bosses, better pay (one of my friends got a 25% pay increased). My boyfriend got a little too excited and jumped twice (almost double his salary and he was making 6 figures), however his second job had a layoff and he lost his job. The moral of the history: try to jump to a grass with secure grounds, manage risk and obviously don't be too greedy!

After reading your whole question, I assume you are talking about people running around on their spouse?

Some do and it works out for them. some do and it dowsn't work, and they are sorry they did.

I think it is the thrill of the unknown, the "what if's" and "What could have been"

We don't always make the best choices, but we should be honest enough to face the results of your choices.

In other words , You made your bed, and now you have to sleep in it.

Good luck dude.

I think we should be happy with what we can get and not want things that aren't possible. we miss the good things we already have if we're always looking for something better. that's not to say we shouldn't try to improve our lives, but we should appreciate what we've got more.
