hi im 16 years old im 4`11 and 114 i really whant my body 2 look like ciaras her body iz koo so what can i do to lose whaight and have a flat toned tummy and arms and legs ?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Firstly, set realistic goals for yourself - she probably spends hours everyday working on her body with top personal trainers and nutritionists.

Secondly, re-haul your diet. Try and cut out junk and simple sugars (cakes, sweets etc). Load up on veggies, complex carbs (wholegrain breads and wholegrain pastas, brown rice, legumes etc), low fat dairy and good sources of protein (lean meat, legumes, tofu etc). Check out www.sparkpeople.com as it will give you an idea of how many calories you need daily. Your diet will make a big difference.

Exercise wise, incorporate at least 30 minutes of cardio a day into your regime, even more than this if you desire to lose weight. You also need to incorporate weight training to build and tone muscles, I'd recommend seeing a trainer at a gym in regards to this to learn how to train with weights safely. Remember your body does need rest, don't train the same muscle groups two days in a row.

Results do take time, if you stick to a healthy eating plan and exercise regime you should start to see changes in about 6 weeks. Good luck!

"dancing" which is cardio,ciara does that every day thats why she is very fit.find a dance class you can join and move your body.
