It looks like you are off to a good start. You could make or buy meat balls or a fruit tray. You could also make little jellitin eggs if you have an egg shaped jello mold or just jello could work too. Try going to www.recipies.com and look up appetizers. that should help. Good luck and Happy Easter!!!

Party Bites
18 purple or green seedless grapes
1/2 c. mashed Roquefort cheese
1/2 c. walnuts, finely chopped
Wash and dry the grapes. Take a bit of the cheese and pat it out in your hand to form a round circle. Put a grape in the middle of the cheese circle and wrap it around the grape with your fingers. Roll the grape in the chopped nuts, then set on a plate. Repeat with the remaining grapes, cheese, and walnuts. Chill, covered with plastic wrap, until ready to serve.
Cheese Log
8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crumble
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (to taste)
1/4 c. chopped kalamata olives
1/4 c. chopped sun-dried tomatoes
Garnish
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
Mix feta, cream cheese and oil with a mixer on medium speed until well-blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into a 10-inch-long log (mixture will be soft). Combine walnuts and parsley and roll cheese log in this mixture, pressing slightly to get the walnuts and parsley to stick to the sides of the log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend. Remove plastic wrap and lay log on an attractive serving platter lined with parsley. Serve with assorted crackers and toasted baguette slices.

sounds good. Try frozen meatballs in a crockpot with bottled Hawaiian glaze. Everyone seems to like them. Mini frozen quiches. Very spring. Pita chips and spinich dip from Sams. Goes over well here. Wrap bacon around pecans and use toothpick. Glaze with BBQ sauce and bake. Not so easy though.
