Is there a wafer factory somewhere that makes them? Are they all the same?

Those used by the Vatican are made by Christian Oompa Loompas at Wonka's Wafer Factory. Don't buy from Slugworth's Sacred Host Co. Slugworth is rumored to have been twice divorced and a former Nazi.

If you get the round hard disks then, yes, a wafer company makes them. Some churches use a loaf of bread which would come from a bakery or a parishioner's home. Some churches use little cubes of bread. These are made by freezing regular sliced bread and cutting it into cubes.

You can buy them at the supermarket in Canada. They're a low calorie food. I'm being completely serious. If you don't believe me, look it up. It caused a lot of controversy.

They are the body of Christ. Although it seems to me like it would be a good idea to whack up that chocolate Jesus and hand out pieces of that instead of chocolate bunnies since it is so near to Easter...

You can buy them at the store, and there are several different brands. Matzo is one such brand. You can even make them.
Some store bought is good - but some of the elderly ladies at my church sure know how to bake it!
