If anything to maybe back out the loan or any other routes I can take against the Car company. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

i would never trust any site like car fax...

Not sure where the surprise is. The Carfax report only says "We don't have all accidents" in like 5 places. The Carfax report encourages an inspection in addition to the Carfax report.

If you bought the car "as is" which is how 99% of all used cars are sold than you own the car. If you can show that the dealer had definitive knowledge of a prior accident and hid that knowledge from you - then in certain states you would have a claim against the dealer. But proving prior knowledge is usually very difficult.

no....a used car is a used car. It is up to the buyer to check out the vehicle PRIOR to purchase. Besides, unless it is a reconditioned vehicle, or there is a drivability problem...who cares if it has been in a fender bender...2/3 of the cars out there have had SOME kind of accident damage. If you like the car, drive and enjoy. If not, put it up for sale and buy something else

If the dealer knew there was major damage and didn't disclose it, you would have a chance. But trying to prove the dealer knew about the damage is almost impossible. They may have gotten it from an auction or as a trade in with a clean title, and frankly that's all they need.
