It works fairly good if I take it regularly. However if I am having a terrible attack with headache and everything, it takes forever to kick in and make me feel better. Benadryl works better for me as far as fast relief.

Yes Claritin D does work, however, after being off and on it for since I was nine (im 26 now) for allergies, I have discovered that my immune system has built a tolerance to it, so it doesnt really work with me anymore. I take a stronger version of allegra d for my sinus/migraine/allergy problem and take it only when needed.

Different medications work for different people I actually have some of the worst allergies too. Not just sneezing, itching but skin allergies, so I've had my share. Myself, I use Alavert D12. You have to get it when the pharmacy is open because you have to sign out for it, since its got pseudophedrine. I believe that claritin D is one of the one's that changed their ingredient to phenyliprenine, and that works okay, but I prefer pseudophedrine. Of course, you can't abuse it, but just take the recommended dose, and its fine. I usually take one daily. It works on your allergies and your sinuses at the same time.

YES! Claritin D does work. My son-in-law takes it every spring and fall and he swears by it. I have sinus problems too when everything starts budding, but i take Aleve. it seems to work for me.

It worked for me. I have to take it every day throughout the year. My kicks in within 30 minutes and lasts 12 hours.

It didn't work for me. It made my allergies worse. I would stick with old fashion vapor rub and drink alot of tea and keep lemons around u.
