find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Really if there was this fast, easy and free way to get perfect bods we would all be walking around naked, lol.
Crunches, crunches and crunches for that tummy. Proper diet such as weight watchers. Sorry no quick fix answer for ya.

there is no easy way and u can't lose fat from just one part of your body. lose weight and do ab crunches - how simple is that. i am surprised that somebody even asks that. or u mean u would want to know the way how to cheat? well, losing weight is the only thing where u can't cheat

turn the fat into muscles.
if you just want to lose the weight..heres tips:
eat AFTER you excercise
eat all 3 meals, don't skip, makes it harder to lose weight with now energy.
avoid the bad snacks.
