Is it just me or am I the only one who goes easter egg hunting. I told my friend the other day about my childhood easter egg hunting: she thought I was wierd. When I was a young girl, my family had a tradition of hiding chocolates and eggs in the back garden. We would then have to find them. We were told that the easter rabit had hidden them. It was good fun. Am I the only one who did this, do other people share the same tradition?

Not weird at all. I loved going easter egg hunting..Just shows we had parents, that wanted to spend more time with us, and wanted us to have fun as children. Lack of family time for your friends makes them have a grudge. Anyway Happy EAster..

Our family used to have a big family gathering and the dads all went out to hide the eggs we even made up cash prizes for the "golden egg" and for whoever found the most eggs we divided the kids into age catagories to keep it fair but we had a large family
