it depends, but if the photo ends up on the internet, the boy could be in a lot of trouble. he could get reported because he would need her consent. they would take the picture off if it turns out he didn't have it.

No Most Guys Are Idiots That Don't Know How To Do It Right. Then If They Do They End Up Putting On Some Site Like MySpace They Have And Get Their Account Suspended Or Deleted And Nobody Ends Up Seeing The Picture. I'm Proud To Say I Know How To Do It And Where But I Won't Because I Look At The Flip Side And I Wouldn't Want Naked Pictures Of Me On The Internet. If You Ever Give A Naked Pic Get A Naked Pic From That Person. Not That You Ever Even Wanna Look At It. But Revenge Is A *****.

Will he or won't he - I don't read minds. You may have leverage to prevent it.

Your leverage depends on many things. Well, what kind of pictures, nude? If they are nude and you aren't 18 or older, then you can mention that it's a felony and he could go to jail for 10 years.

If they are nude and you're older than 18, then you can tell him you'll sue for everything he has and every will have, since he won't have written permission to publish them.

If they are just ordinary pictures and there is nothing profitable or insulting in their posting, then I don't think you could do anything. In the legal sense, there's been no 'damages'. If there is stuff written about you that is untrue, the go back to the comments about sueing (liable).

Why not? You exposed yourself to something you should have never done. He might, unless he has a hint of maleness and realizes you trusted him. Blackmail is dirty business and that's what he's doing with his threats. What's the ransom? What do you have to do for him not to? YOU are trapped, aren't you? You may have some legal recourse so you can get your picture back and keep him from putting it out there, but it can cost you popularity anyway. Don't do it again.

Probably. So learn the lesson the hard way and don't let ANYONE ever have compromising photos or videos of you. The love of your life today could be your worst enemy tomorrow.

Why not? Especially if he's a jerk. She needs to stay away and not provoke him. If she acts like it's a big deal he'll blackmail her. If it's not a big deal he'll lose interest in the situation and forget about.

Probably. Most boys are cruel and mean and then don't think twice about it, until they have daughters.
