Ladies: How many of you have had your male boss "hit" on you, and how did you handle it?

I'm just wondering how prevalent this is.

I had a male boss who called me into his office and then asked me to kiss him. I blushed and kissed him on the cheek. He said "that's not what I meant, kiss me". I looked him in the eye and just said no. He fired me later that day but then tried to take it back after someone else told him that I could sue him. I gave my two weeks notice and got the hell out of there!

Yes I had this happen when I was really young. I stood my ground with him and told him absolutely not. I also gave him the benefit of the doubt that it would never happen again and so I continued to have a normal working relationship with him and act like nothing happened. Eventually this was the right thing to do and for me it worked out and I ended up working there 3 years and then later in life worked for him for a little more than a year again. I should have been creeped out by this and scared but I guess I was kind of flattered that he found me so desirable, but I made sure to never flirt with him. I was never worried about my job either.

This is going to sound a lil weird coming from a girl. lol. When I worked at Discover Card, my female manager always was checking out my @ss and my chest. And fyi, she was a lesbian. Which I don't have a problem with, but I don't like having eyes constantly checking out my cleavage. After it continually bothering me, I asked her to stop. Next thing I knew, she fired me and gave some bs reason. I tried to fight it and because she lied about alot of things, I lost. But it was worth the fight. It was totally not cool for her to do that. But I admit, I have had a few boss's I thought were cute. But I never let it go farther than that. Hope this helps answer your question. :)

women human beings-I truthfully have had good male bosses yet I each so often imagine women human beings bosses are more suitable sympathic to particular woman themes so each so often they're a lot less confusing to artwork for. i visit usually get my way with everybody-male or woman!

What you need to do is TALK ABOUT AN IMAGINARY BOYFRIEND OR wear a fake wedding ring to work. Always talk about how you are involved with someone. That will stop guys from making advances at you at work. But if you let them know that you are availble, you are FAIR GAME. ADVICE FROM A GUY!!!
