Is there any program that a MAC with OS X can run that will open a Lotus spreadsheet?

Maybe NeoOffice. Google that for more info.

If not, you can use VirtualPC, Parallels, or BootCamp to run Lotus, depending on whether you have an Intel or PowerPC Mac.

In any case, you should be able to open somehow.
