I want to loose 20 lbs, safely, I weigh about 145 or 150lbs.. I wanna know some foods I could eat, i know salads, and baked chicken.. Diet pop..

I would try pills but I'm on medication it coudl mess with , plus me and my husbands trying to have a kid.. Please help me. I would really like to loose my belly fat..

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Don't do the pills, you have to learn to eat Right. I have lost 34 pounds in the past 3 months. I eat 3 raw fruits and 4 servings of veggies every day. I have 2 starches and 2 proteins a day and 1 dairy. It's all about balance and only indulging occasionally. Good Luck.
The pills could be damaging to a new fetus!! Keep in mind you are several weeks along before you'll even know your pregnant!!

do not try pills u wil gain al the weight back agen. lose weight healthily by running 1ce r 2 a day gradually build up to 1 hrr mix ov jog an walk 1/2 hr each u wil lose the flab in no tim a n dont take diet pop bad for u body

Diet pop isn't too great for your health. Try some green tea instead as this burns fat I hear.

Just eat less and exercise more, and have more sex. The latter will make you feel better and encourage you to eat less.

eat special k!!!! its all i eat its so0o0o0o good!!! its supposed to help you lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks but i just eat it b/c it is my favorite food ever!!! i like the one with the strawberries! try it, its the best healthy food ive ever eaten!
