Are you referring to the incident at Pentecost of 33 C.E.?
The disciples were gathered in an upper room when there came as noise as of a rushing stiff breeze. Then they one and all were filled with holy spirit and were able to speak in different tounges. The holy spirit appeared upon each of them as a tounge of fire above their heads.
