Yaki soba (Mock)

Boil pasta and set aside.
Brown ground beef and season with soy sauce, pepper, onion, garlic (all to your taste) and add any veggies you have on hand. Heat thru then add your pasta (any kind spaghetti noodles will work just as well). Mix together and eat.

Or you can omit the seasonings above and use SEasonAll on the ground beef. Make some brown gravy add to the beef then mix with the noodles.

You could make albondigas soup. In case you don't know, this is a delicious meatball soup, very common in Latin American countries. I like this idea because it is pretty easy to make, and isn't the same old tacos or meatloaf option. The only work is cutting the stuff for the soup and making the meatballs. Then all you have to do is sit and relax while the soup cooks! :) Here's a link to a recipe, but you can find a ton of variations on the web:

(you don't even have to make the meatballs as complicated as this link, just the ground beef, egg and rice would do)

good luck!

Meatloaf is an easy thing to make with ground beef. Find a recipe using oatmeal rather than bread, for less "squishy" meatloaf. Meatloaf can also be frozen safely for months at a time. So can ground beef for that matter. :) When you're ready to use it again just defrost in the microwave for a few minutes.

I would make my own version of philly cheese steak. Go buy one onion, green pepper, and your favorite cheese. Fry up the meat till brown; add the chopped up veggies; cook till veggies are soft. Next, take a portion of the hot cooked mixture for sandwich, and quickly mix it with a large portion of the grated cheese in a bowl to get them mixed well and to get the cheese nice and melted. Throw mixture in bun of some sort, and add some hot sauce if it like that.

SOS Sh1t on Shingles...

You make a white gravy like you would for biscuits and gravy but put the hamburger in it. Pour the white gravy over biscuits or toast. You can even put mashed potatoes on top of the shingles then the gravy over that :) It's actually pretty good.
