Okay so since I can't be held to a contract, what car dealerships do you recommend for me to buy a car in full? I want something like an expedition or kia spectra.

Good luck with that seeing as how you dont have any credit its gonna be mighty hard for you to go get a car unless you have a job and are gonna put down a serious downpayment.

It's probably not so much of if you can get credit or not, it has to do with your age. Since anyone under the age of 18, legally can't be held responsible in any contract, most, if not all dealerships would be fools to sign a contract with you, unless you were to get a co-signer over the age of 18, and they would be a fool, because if you don't make the payments, they would be responsible to do so. The only alternative would be to pay for a vehicle in cash, in full.

My husband was a car dealer and you for one have to be 18 to buy a car. It's not just the dealer but its also that they can't find a bank that will loan you that amount of money to a minor. And yes it is also you're credit but you can't build it up untill you'r are 18 to prove you can make monthly payments. Also when you do buy a car and don't have the credit, they will approve you if you have at least 2 to 4 thousand down.Like my husband bought a pick-up and it was 9 thousand and he gave 4 thousand down and even though he had bad credit he still got approved because he was willing to give hafe of his own money.I would start saving while you are young and live with your'e parents and can save a good amount. Also make sure you save money incase you're car breaks down.

tell your brother it extremely is the least you are able to do. it is going to be very embarrassing for him if the lady comes over and he does no longer even comprehend what is going on. i ought to have called the police and enable them cope with the topics (it relies upon on the wear obviously). Your mission isn't unusual the device is waiting for it, you gained't pass to penal complicated, yet probable ought to pay a great. Get a job and pay for the damages and prices. If the wear is minor i ought to easily ought to go away you on my own and need that you've discovered from what merely had occurred. it really is not so expensive or confusing to get a driver's license. Take a written try about 30 funds at your community DMW then you will acquire a learner's let. With that you'll force with a in charge approved driver sitting next to you. strong success. don't be scared. issues receives more advantageous perfect. Be a guy, take duty for what you probably did. No huge deal, issues takes position.

Most likely not. Credit issue aside, being a minor you could not be held to a contract. Therefor you are unlikely to be able to purchase a car until 18. You may be able to have a parent or guardian co-sign for the car though.

If you have money for the car I expect they would sell it to you. You will not get credit as you would need a full time employment to prove you can afford the credit. Also I am not sure about the USA but you also need to have insurance in case you have an accident and I am not sure how a 16 year old get that in the USA. Hope this helps.

If you have the money for a car, there's nothing stopping you. If you need a loan you may get denied. You can have a parent co-sign for a loan. That's what I had to do and I bought my car when I was 24. I made plenty of money to pay for the car but I didn't have much credit history. I didn't have bad credit, just no significant history.

A lot of places will have a problem with your age. You are a minor, and you can't be held to a contract. So unless you pay cash and even then there is a question about that. You should get your parents to sign and they can turn it over to you when you reach the age of majority (18).

Good luck.

If you can afford to walk in a pay cash for an Expedition, at the age of 16, more power to ya. Mom and Dad must give you a pretty nice allowance.

I don't think you will be able to get a car on your own, most car dealers now check your credit, so you will probably need a co-signer. Good Luck!
