fruit is a healthy, no preparation breakfast, but I would have it with some whole wheat toast to fill you up for longer. The previous answer about yogurt is right on, but if you need to have it in a hurry you can also buy the premade yogurt smoothies. Even if you're not trying to lose weight, the already prepared slimfast bars and shakes are good, just go ahead and pair that with some fruit or something also, to keep your calories up. If you have some time during other parts of the day or on weekends, it's really easy to make a large batch of pancakes and freeze them. You can then either microwave them or put them in the toaster to defrost and eat. Lean Pockets are good too. Hope some of these suggestions work for you.

I love the Weight Loss Oatmeal from Quaker. It has more fiber (you stay full longer) & more protein then the regular oatmeal & it takes about 2 minutes to prepare it. If that is too long then I suggest just grabbing a bagel but its not as healthy & has more calories then the oatmeal.
Try cutting up some fruit the night before & then its ready for you in the morning.

I eat Oatmeal every morning. The quick - one minute kind. You bring water to a boil and add the oats. Stir for 1 minute on high heat and you are ready to eat.
Add some brown sugar & milk and it is ready.
It only takes about 5 minutes to make up.

Well, it looks like you already know the simple solution, but you are rejecting it. Quickest I can suggest is a fried egg sandwich or oatmeal. Or cereal. Bowl + milk + spoon + cereal = breakfast. Cheerios or something.

Grab a plain bagel and a cup of Joe. The coffee will get you started and the bagel will provide the carbs to keep you and your metabolism running till lunch. If you don't like coffee try milk.

Protien bars would make a good breakfast. You can eat them on the go, and they provide a good breakfast meal.

If I'm in a big hurry, I just eat a yogurt or one of those cottage cheese/fruit combos. That way you can take it with you if you are really strapped for time.
